Registration Instructions (please read carefully before proceeding)

  1. Fill out the registration form below:
    1. Choose a password that has at least 8 characters.
      (We recommend that you have at least one number and an upper case letter)
    2. Make sure to check the “ADD TO MAILING LIST” checkbox. 
      (Otherwise we will be unable to send you membership and conference notifications)
    3. Type in the scrambled letters and/or numbers displayed in the “Captcha” module.
      (This part is necessary to prevent automated web scripts from registering)
    4. Click “Become A Member” to proceed to the Payment page.
  2. Submit Payment:
    If you are not automatically redirected to PayPal in a couple of seconds, please click the PayPal button to continue. Your registration will NOT be finalized until you complete this step.




*ADD TO MAILING LIST and PRIVACY POLICY: It is your right to elect to not be added to our mailing list. You should however be aware that if you choose to not be added, we will have no way of sending you expiration and renewal notifications (usually once a year), our quarterly newsletter and notifications about upcoming conferences and workshops related to virtual rehabilitation.

The personal information collected above is only used for membership purposes and billing (credit card information is NOT stored). You can view and update this information simply by logging into your account and clicking on the “Profile” button or using the menu and navigating to: Membership\Member Login\Profile.
