ICVR2015 (International Conference on Virtual Rehabilitation) will be held in Valencia, Spain from June 9-12, 2015. ICVR2015 is partnering with the International Conference on Recent Advances in Neurorehabilitation (ICRAN 2015) and International Neurorehabilitation Symposium (INRS 2015) to create Valencia RehabWeek, a framework for researchers, clinicians and technology experts to meet, share experiences, and plan for the future.
The response to the ICVR2015 call for papers demonstrated just how widespread virtual reality technology has become in the field of rehabilitation, with a steady increase in the number of both paper and poster submissions over the years. Submissions were received from 26 countries.
At ICVR2015 we will have four workshop sessions, 8 outstanding keynote talks (including those from our sister conferences), 30 full-length papers, 30 poster presentations, a debate “VR-based rehabilitation: Just for Fun?” a number of interactive demos and a final day panel of experts on “Planning the Future: Current Barriers to Moving Forward with Virtual Rehabilitation and Developing Consensus”.
