Registration Instructions (please read carefully before proceeding)

  1. Fill out the registration form below:
    1. Choose a password that has at least 8 characters.
      (We recommend that you have at least one number and an upper case letter)
    2. Make sure to check the “ADD TO MAILING LIST” checkbox. 
      (Otherwise we will be unable to send you membership and conference notifications)
    3. Type in the scrambled letters and/or numbers displayed in the “Captcha” module.
      (This part is necessary to prevent automated web scripts from registering)
    4. Click “Become A Member” to proceed to the Payment page.
  2. Choose payment type/Select Payment Gateway:
    You will be presented with 2 options and their corresponding images/buttons. Your registration will NOT be finalized until you complete this step.
    1. If you plan on paying online using a credit card/bank account/e-check or PayPal balance, and you plan on making the payment right away, click on the PayPal image button. 
    2. If you plan on paying online using a credit card/bank account/e-check or PayPal balance, but you do not want to make the payment at this time, in order to complete your registration, please click on the “Manual Pay – eCheck/Wire Transfer” image button. 
    3. If you plan on paying by check or making alternative arrangements, please click on the “Manual Pay – eCheck/Wire Transfer” image button.
